No showed twice and wouldn’t return calls or texts (had read receipts though) for a broken dishwasher right here at the holidays!
I was very impressed with how I was treated and how the job started to replace my central air unit. Ken kept me updated and let me know exactly when it would be done. After the unit was installed and was running on July 19, Ken said he would be back the next day to install the UV light and remove all the packing material, ie 2x4s, cardboard, insulation and wiring that was left in my garage.
