Dr Derejew Tessema has exceptional bedside maner and the most skilled dentist hands I have ever experienced! From the first visit he and his staff have been incredibly accomodating, extremely thorough and gentle! I was impressed with the cleanliness of his dental office, the high tech equipment he uses and the time he takes explaining everything clearly. Great service and well sanitized. Good experience
Today I had a dental appointment with my son and we waited more than 40 minutes to be treated and then they supposedly pass it to be treated and to continue waiting.
The guy who answered the phone wasn’t pleasant at all. I was calling to get information as a new patient and he had an attitude as if I was bothering or interrupting him. Well excuse me for trying to become a new patient!
