Good place been going there for 5 years since my daughter was born
If you love your kids, I recommend taking them somewhere else. They NEVER have sick appointments. They fail to document important information (ex: severe allergies and a "Mongolian spot" birthmark...then they interrogate you as if they haven't seen it/spoke about it with you before) My son's "doctor" has called him the wrong name/gender multiple times. My wife called in worried that our 8 month old daughter has a case of pink eye. The receptionist who she spoke to instead of doing the right thing and saying okay stop on by we will squeeze you in, goes; "All of 'sick' appointments are full just send a photo to my chart." This is deplorable patient care and I am appalled to know that this is how they take care of their patients. I've been coming here for over 14 years, BUT since it's been taken over by St Luke's that personal doctor's office feel is gone!! It's not the medical staff, it's the office. The people on the phone are rude, unprofessional and leave me feeling as though I have wronged to them somehow. I show up early to my appointments. I pay my co-pay on time. I don't know The problem is, but it's very frustrating.
