Had a great experience with Greg and this company recently. Really appreciate the honesty and the time they took to do a proper inspection of my AC that was no longer working. Recently, our AC stopped working. When turning on the AC, the blower would make a clicking sound and would not start, but the outdoor AC unit would spin no problem. Greg came by, inspected the system, and found that the circuit board wasn't providing power to the blower. He was able to source the part and fix the issue quickly. We hired ABW Air to install a new heat pump for us. At first we thought we were the recipients of good service until the cold weather arrived. Our thermostat automatically turned on the furnace when we switched it to heat mode; the heat pump couldn't be used whatsoever AS a heat pump, only as an air conditioner. We called Greg about this, hoping it was a minor issue with bypassing the furnace and could be easily solved. An excellent company to work with, listened to my concerns, installed all the additional requested equipment without any hesitation. Very professional and friendly company, I would certainly utilize them again in my next home.
