Staff was very difficult. I booked one room for me and it turned into two separate bookings. It was very difficult to get fixed. Staff refused to give me a receipt.
I enjoyed my 5 week stay. Rooms were nice and quiet. The owners were very accommodating.
Not a good night sleep. Heater fluctuated temperature allot. Deisel truck outside my door idled 40 minutes starting at 510am. Around 550am I asked the desk for assistance. Clerk suggested they had to get up for work and truck continued to idle another 20 minutes. Breakfast was bare minimum, cereal or waffles.... not the night I needed facing a 15 hour drive.
Definitely a nice room for the price.. charged an extra fee for the dog. Ordered a pet friendly room online and paid in full.. but was charged 24$ extra upon arrival.. not terrible just would've been nice to have it posted online at booking. Overall very happy with the hotel and breakfast options will stay again😀
