Our first visit went alright. We saw Doctor Tolentino and she seemed pretty nice. The office was completely empty. I didn't see another patient while I was there. I Attempted to make a return appointment and called four times during posted business hours. No one ever answered the phone. I left two messages stating my interest in bringing my daughter in for her next wellness appointment and no one retuned my messages. Extremely rude and unprofessional. A decent practice with terrible support staff. Sad.
