I had a horrible experience. Went for a few months after surgery, when I received a bill (even though my insurance covered at 100%). When I tried to ask about it, Nickie in billing was confrontational and sarcastic. There were no write-offs, as is customary in medical billing. When checking out, reception cancelled all future appointments, and refused to make more until I was paid in full. I have been going to Dr. Amy for almost two months and I have experienced great improvement with back pain and stiffness. My two year old son has seen Dr. Amy twice and he seems to enjoy it.
