Thomas should go by Dr. Thomas. I met Thomas for the first time. Like an awesome Dr. he makes house calls. He worked on my PC on a federal holiday . He made me feel comfortable by walking me through every step of the repair as I watched him do surgery on my desktop of 10 years. Very thorough. Saved all my data. Thomas was outstanding. He went above and beyond. I initially came in for a simple repair, but turned out to have a larger, underlying issue. Thomas took care of both at a reasonable amount that I cannot express how grateful I am. Not only did he do a great job, he is an excellent communicator. While I was out of town for an extended period, he held my laptop with no issue while remaining patient and accommodating. Great service, good attention and very prompt response. I recommend Thomas as a technician. I had a pretty complicated and strange problem with the start of Windows on my PC and they fixed it with a lot of hardware work.
All these five-star reviews are for real. Let me tell you my story. I had to upgrade to Windows 11 and my Hardware was not suitable. I called my long time IT guy and he politely kicked me to the curb. He no longer does individuals just companies. I panicked. I'm old and not very technical. It was my lucky day when I called ACS and spoke to Thomas I told him my situation. 2 hours later he was at my house with a new computer downloading Windows 11 and transferring over all my files safely. Thomas helped me diagnose a pretty substantial problem with my laptop and spent the time taking the whole thing apart for me, then gave me some great recommendations about prices and paths forward I could take. All in one day! Highly recommend giving him a try. Super personable and will definitely be using him again when any other computer problems inevitably arise.
