My husband died while staying at Abundant Blessings and Care. He choked to death being watched by untrained staff. CDPHE investigated and they were cited for various violations. Since that night they abandoned us and never apologized. Be ware of this facility. They are not a professional or skilled place. My husband did not have to die that night. I cannot believe that after 2 years they are still allowed to operate in Colorado. My husband choked to death as confirmed by an autopsy and they continue to deny any wrong doing. ... read more
My mom has lived here a year now. If you are looking for a place that will keep your trust and will communicate proactively about your loved one, please go and take a tour. The management and staff truly care about each resident. After about 3 months my mom settled in and calls this home. I am really grateful. Thank you. M. Frazier, Englewood.
My mom spent her last 6 months with Abundant Blessing and Care. I can not thank them enough for the care my mom received! Claire, Art, Norie, and the rest of the Eastman house treated my mom and me like family. They had weekly lunch outings, and daily exercise, and created a community among the residents. Carol runs a top-notch business, I highly recommend them! Thank you, ABC!
I was fortunate to be referred to Abundant Care and Blessings Assisted Group Home a few months ago when I decided to look for increased care for my Mother. I wanted a smaller, home like atmosphere, with better staff to resident ratio, versus the larger “Assisted Living” facility that my Father had. We won the lottery when a space opened for our dad at Abundant Blessings. After a year of being basically alone in a room at a big name assisted living where they charged more than double, my dad moved to AB&C. He blossomed with pride at his new home. The care was exemplary from the main couple caretakers to the nursing director Claire to the owner Carol. They caught health issues and proactively got him care.
