I recently came to this shop to replace my rear car light. After the replacement was done, I asked to take my old light back because it is my personal property. However, the owner, Tuan, refused and said it was the shop’s policy not to return old parts. I find this completely unreasonable and unacceptable. That light belongs to me, so why am I not allowed to keep it? Keeping a customer’s property without consent feels dishonest and unprofessional.
