I usually don’t give bad reviews but this year ABT has been a disappointment. My husband took our taxes back in March 2026 and we are know at the end of June and our taxes are still not done. We have been a client since 2022 which you would think they would give us priority but nope. There explanation or excuse, “they have new clients this year”. Not only that but they are also charging us more to file and that’s beside the penalty from the IRS for being late. This will be the last time we use them. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
Cost way too much for what they did. Will not return next year!

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions thoroughly—no matter how big or small. We truly appreciate the care and attention they provide, and we would confidently recommend this agency time and time again. We’re grateful for their commitment to making our best interests a priority.
Great experience! You can easily make a appt and when I arrived they was ready so that was great. I gave them all our paperwork and was in and out in 20 mins. 3days later they was done and we went back later to sign. Super sweet ladies that was so informative! Will be back next year!
