If I could give this company 0 stars, I definitely would. The first thing Christine did when I transferred many policies to her was cause me a problem with my primary residence policy that was mistakenly written as a rental policy many years before. This was done by her at a time I had just had open heart surgery and was going back in the hospital for another remedial surgery, neither of which were trivial by any measure.
