I've had Absopure water delivery for close to a year. I've had superb service, timely delivery and accurate billing. In fact, the regular delivery guy goes above and beyond. He's only supposed to leave the water ************ door of my apartment building and take the empties that I am supposed to put out. He brings in 5 bottles every time right to my apartment, and takes all the empties. They are flexible as to delivery frequency, too. Ordered water and a dispenser in January received it on the 11th the dispenser and 5 five gallons of water which will cost you $75 dollar and a mystery $25 charge on the first bill. Its now March 2nd and no water. Called 3 times been told someone will call to set up an immediate delivery date and never happen. Still charged me for the dispenser again of $15.00 even though been without water for over a month and still without water! water left outside of business charged for containers not gotten charge 84.00 dollars cant get any water unless paid they made error accounting system ran poorly if you owe you don't know because invoice only shows machine rental would not refer this company Tasha and Roshine talked very unprofessional and did not try to resolve the problem the company created
