Terrible customer service. In Ithaca MI (Gratiot County). Former customer of Absopure home delivery. Save yourself a headache and find another company to do business with. Customer service at Absopure has been terrible, especially dealing with Dawn. They refuse to pick up their empty water bottles, no care about recycling or their customers. Poor value, poor customer service and unwilling to do their job.
Terrible service. Sent me invoices for payment for deliveries that never occurred. When you call they say they will look into it and call back, they never call back. Very dishonest!
Customer service, making a mistake right, and communication is not a priority for the Lansing area delivery service. They absolutely do not care or bother to pretend to care.
I set up an account for my mom for water delivery and renting a water cooler only to find out that they never came to refill the waters after that first time. This went on for about a year and my mom never used the water cooler after thise first initial bottles and said that they'll talk with their manager to see if they can voif the rental (which was $200+).
