UPDATE: They actually got their delivery act together but the water quality is not consistent now! Every other 2.5 gallon we received taste like plastic. I've never experienced this before from this company. I guess covid is to blame for that too. I ditched them and now get my water from Arbor Springs Water Co. Talk about clean tasting water!
