Although their team does an amazing job cleaning. Communication and reliability is terrible. The last 2 times my cleaning was cancelled same day and because I book before I go on vacation (with lots of notice) it leaves me scrambling to clean before I leave. I messaged January 12th to book for the end of February. Received a response that she was checking availability Feb 8th, I said thank you waited until the 10th and messaged to get me keys back.
