They are accepting new customers now! Love Love Love! We recently moved to the area and a friend of ours has been taking their doggie to this salon for years, but told me that most likely I wouldn't be able to get my pups groomed there as they haven't taken new clients for quite a while. My girls love Jamesly! One of them was abused prior to me getting her and usually shakes around men but not with him! We followed him from another grooming salon to this one. He’s amazing and always does such a good job!

It is unprofessional and rude to treat customers in such a manner. Individuals who operate a business in this manner are not deserving of new clientele. However, it is unlikely that they will even assist in scheduling an appointment for a client who has been with them for five years. UPDATE: Judging by how the owner responded to an honest review being left as being “harassment”, it seems like I dodged a bullet finding another groomer. Bless their hearts 🥴 I was disappointed to hear when I called on January 31st that their voicemail says they are not accepting new clients currently.
