I dropped off our mini/toy poodle puppy, Ginger, and was greeted by Sophia at the front desk. She was welcoming, polite, and extremely friendly, which gave me a great first impression of what our first experience here would be. Unfortunately, the grooming itself was very disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer at this dog grooming store for years, and even last year, when they accidentally hurt my dog, causing his leg to bleed, I was understanding. I didn’t sue them—I simply asked them to cover the vet bill, and I kept coming back. But today was the final straw. I had a 10:00 AM appointment. I brought my dog here after a really bad past grooming experience, so I was honestly very nervous. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, patient, and understanding of everything I explained about her. They reassured me they would take their time with her, give her breaks if needed, and even call me if she was too overwhelmed — which meant a lot to me.
