I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Our last appt 12/23/25, right before the holidays our Goldendoodle was groomed and upon initially coming home I noticed his paw was bleeding. I contacted them and they advised they forgot to tell me the groomer accidentally cut his nail too far. As I further inspected him, his haircut was terrible. He had patches of hair missing all over his body including between his eyes, a cut in his belly, his eyelashes were cut and his eyes were red. I have been coming here for perhaps 4 years now. Due to the pandemic I had to pause for a bit but still dealing with great people. I always feel welcomed when I come with my dogs. I have 4 dogs, 3 have met these kind groomers. My 4th baby has yet to meet them but will soon!
