Let me just begin by saying that I was told by 3 different places that the backpack purse I wanted embroidered could not be done, to finally be sent here and not only did they do the bag, but it came out so much better than I ever expected!! If anyone needs any custom embroidery done I would highly recommend here!!
The owner is a awesome lady
Jordan was so helpful and patient with all my questions. I ordered a T-shirt for a birthday gift and it was a huge hit. I loved being able to communicate through Facebook and emails. And then just going into the store to pay and pick up made the process so easy. Will definitely be back again!

Sadie, also please understand that the rep you spoke with was going on our policy of 30 days for return. This shirt was bought in May. We do have to set a time limit to account for wear and tear. Again, I apologize that you were not happy.
