The sales staff was extremely helpful in helping me get my husband's robe customized. They were able to fit me in so that I can have it back by Thursday. The ladies in the shop did not seem at all bothered by my 3 year old leading them around showing them their products. They even showed me the great sale items right now which I bought some of. And they do the embroidery for my husband's work clothes through his company and they always look fantastic!
