awful company. “caregivers” either showed up hours late or not at all, leaving my terminally ill father completely helpless. lied on invoices about hours worked. this company is a scam and should be shut down.

I am sharing the details of this place so that no one will use them! If we can help one family to stay away it will be worth it. Their staff are like vultures and sweep done to sign you up and then no follow up. I am in mourning and they call about payment. Their aides were not trained to handle my mother . Inconsistency all around from the aides to management. Stay away!

I would give negative stars if I could. While my mother was in hospice care we used this service to supplement our private home health care person and absolutely haven was absolutely awful. They never informed the aides about my mothers needs had no training and one lacerated my mothers arm with her watch and blamed my mothers thin skin. Fortunately I was standing there and quickly got antiseptic and bandages. I believe these people are running scams & schemes. If you call the number on here, its some other company. Idk what they have going on, but the number they give, they don't answer nor via email. They will get your info (hiring process) & then ghost you. I think they only do it to make it seem like they have a certain number of required employees for IRS purposes.
