To be threaten with the “law” is extremely disappointing customer service and lacks accountability. Disgraceful customer service when it comes to refunds. My daughter went in to purchase a UVB bulb and clearly showed staff a picture that she needed one to fit a 92cm hood. She was sold a 120cm bulb and told she could return it if it was incorrect.
