Update: Owner personally clarified the situation around the location changes and confusion, when we met in person at the new clinic. I appreciate this. See previous review below: Unfortunately, not the best experience here. A little bit unprofessional in my opinion. The communication has not been the greatest and it has been difficult to get a hold of the clinic. I would also never receive appointment reminders. Very bad experience and would not recommend. As others have noted in their reviews, its impossible to contact the clinic and book an appointment. They never call you back, you need to continually call / text to be able to reach them and book an appointment. They also never communicated that they moved locations, I only found out when I turned up for my appointment and the door was locked and the place near door told me they moved out of their downtown location.
