I live in Indianapolis, IN and I have had several deliveries from Absolutely Edible. I have been extremely satisfied with each delivery and each "Sweet Potato Thang." Especially the time that UPS damaged my packaging and made a mess of my "Sweet Potato Thang." I called Nikki J to tell her what happened and to let her know that I would be calling UPS and filing a complaint. She quickly offered to replace it free of charge even though it wasn't her fault. You made my day Nikki J & Staff. You catered my wedding and provided the wedding cakes for my wedding June 11, 2011. I really can't thank you enough. My guest are still raving about everything. You may my day as care free as any wedding day could be. I can't wait for another occasion that I can use your services. Can I take cooking classes for just come over for dinner sometimes. LOL. Absolutely Amazing I never take time to leave comments on sights like this but after the cake and service I received from Absolutely Edible Cakes, I had to take time to let someone know. I was very undecided about what I wanted but the staff was very patient with me. It never seemed that I was a bother. The cake was more than I ever expected. Poor Service I wasn't pleased with the cake I ordered. It took forever to hear back after the initial order was placed and when I picked it up, it wasn't anything like what I had requested. The colors were off and the appearance was cheap. I was extremely clear with the order and when I mentioned it at pick up, I was treated as if I was in the wrong. The event was that night and it was too late to order anywhere else. Obviously, I didn't return.

Wonderful Niki is the best! We have gotten cakes from her for multiple birthdays, weddings, and bridal showers. We have never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend her for weddings. As the former bride of one, she made things stress free for me. We absolutely love the "sweet potato thing"

OVER AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY Nikki, I can not thank you enough. From the time I walked in your bakery my mind was at ease. My guest could not stop talking about my cake. Not only was it beautiful it taste great too. The cake was so beautiful nobody wanted to cut it. I appreciate your kind and gentle spirit, you willing to make sure I had my cake when and where I needed it relieved so much pressure from an already stressful day.

Best cake I've ever tasted Nikki is the best! There is not one design she can not do. She offers many different flavors and will let you taste them before you decide. The cost more than the grocery store but it is well worth the price!! She has donated a huge cake to our cub scout and is always willing to give back to the community. We've only order birthday cakes but she has a special gift for wedding cakes. She has samples in her store and tons of photo albums with pictures of her cakes.
