Noticed that our a/c had stopped putting out cold air earlyMonday evening. It was almost 7PM but I thought at least I could leave a message so I called Absolutely Cool Innovations who I have used before. To my surprise my call was answered by a human. I explained our problem and she said someone would come the next afternoon. Early the next afternoon a technician called to say he would be at our house in a few minutes.
