BUYER BEWARE! If it sounds like a SCAM, it is. Shame this site makes you use a star rating. They deserve NONE. I really don't know who's worse, Cinch Home Waranty or the scam companies they tout to be professional repair people like Absolutely Affordable Air Conditioning in Springfield, MO. These people seem to team up with less than reputable repair companies around the country after reading more about them. They certainly did in our situation.
