Excellent Service. The window installation went great. They weren't the least expensive quote, but we went with Absolute because their employees are all on W-2's, no subs. Also they are a privately owned local company. I would highly recommend.
Installers showed up on time and did a very professional and clean job. The windows are fantastic and easy to clean because of the tilt-out feature. Well done everybody.
Sales and Service were great! No pressure sales from the salesperson. Installation was completed in a timely manner with no mess in the house. Punchout was efficient. All employees have been nice and professional.
Great experience from beginning to end! Jody in the office for scheduling was on it. Mike & Nick did the install. Mike had been here before for a previous install and both guys did a perfect job. No glitches plus they were neat and cleaned up after themselves. No dust to speak up or mess to deal with after they left. Once Absolute Windows got the job started (shout out to Jody), manager Trevor came by to discuss the steps with punch out and permit and make exorbitantly clear that he was available if any questions or concerns. Excellent communicator… as were the install team, Hunter (lead) & Hunter (super clean assistant). The installation and quality of the windows and doors surpassed our expectations.
