From beginning to end this was one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a contractor for work on my home. From the salesperson to receiving updates and confirmations of each step of the process they excelled. To be told my doors were in stock and the installation would be started ahead of schedule was a happy surprise. Then the installation crew did the job in half the time scheduled. They were neat and clean respecting my property. I highly recommend Absolute!
I’ve read reviews that say this company cost more. I would say it is well worth it. The communication is Superior. The extra steps that the installers take to ensure your house stays as clean as possible while they’re working is very impressive! They are very punctual and explain everything that they are doing very clearly. Of course the quality of the Windows and Doors is fantastic. The field supervisors make sure they pop in a time or two as well to check that everything is completed as promised.
This is the best company, great service, the prices are good and can’t say enough about the installers, Alex and Victor. They did a great job. When they left the home looked as good or better because of the new windows. But no litter or mess to clean up. Very nice and conscientious workers. We love our new windows.
