Absolute Window & Door is a truly 5 Star company. We needed to replace a window that looked out to the Gulf so it needed to be strong and allow a good view. Mark Lamb came out and explained all the options and requirements. We ordered the window with an expectation to install it in November 2024. Well, we got hit by two hurricanes and had to delay the install until May 2025. Jodi Simons helped us with the scheduling and was a joy to work with to make it happen. An excellent cx throughout the process. We had all of our windows replaced and the lanai glassed in with sliders on two sides. I was especially impressed with the detailed project planning attention, as well as the administrative support team. Clearly Absolute takes pride in their work process as well as the results.
