The owner came to my house and gave me a reasonable price on removing a storm damaged tree and the cut logs/branches from this tree that we had already cut up. He came and cut the tree down to a stump. He left a jagged piece pointing upwards on the stump. When I asked if he would come back and cut the pointed jagged piece, he said he would.
