Just bought trailer there yesterday. (Brand new). Besides making and hour trip to pick up and finding out it wasn’t ready when they told me it would be, and verifying twice it would be ready. For the miscommunication and inconvenience, we did negotiate a matching spare tire and mount. Upon arrival and inspection of trailer two days later, the pictures show there final product. Bought a Yetti 2 years ago from them been wanting a awning ever since installed and called them back in July and august to have done by November was told they will call me back still no phone call . I have left messages no return calls .
I ordered steel smooth stock trailer fenders on June 30th from this company it’s Aug 17th now. No word. I’ve called left messages nothing. I’ve stopped by and got the we never got any for ya. I basically paid for something I never got. Go anywhere but here!!!! Thanks Ray
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They do not stand behind their work and horrendous customer service! Strongly suggest going elsewhere if you want any type of quality work done without being treated rudely.

Hi Karen, This is Kyle that helped Scott with his trailer back in June. When Scott brought the trailer in he only requested brake service. He is blaming an issue with the frame on us which we did not touch. Here is the receipt showing we only did the brakes.

Took an hour out of my day to drive there just to find out they didn't update their online inventory, and sold what I was there to buy a couple days before. I own a small business, and skipping out on work for this cost me money. When I got back to town, I checked the online post and it was still listed.
