The receptionist is the rudest anyone can get attention from ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE GET YOUR ADDRESS CORRECT SO YOUR COSTUMERS DONT Go walking AROUND AND THEN BLAME THEM FOR ASKING QUESTIONS , HAVE SOME MANNERS THIS IS CANADA AFTER ALL !!!
Today I met Carrie. She attended me and my family and booked our appointments. I love her customer service. She was so helpful and kind. This is the kind of customer service that makes your day. Such a polite and kind human. My baby niece was fussy and crying and she got out of her way to offer her juice and toys. Very happy with the service.
Recommended dental clinic!
I've been going to absolute dental clinic since i was a child. 10 years later, and i can confidently say that the new Dr. Tran is the most attentive, professional, considerate, and compassionate doctor I've came across in this company. And I've only had two appointments under his care. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly nonetheless! But for anything unrelated to ortho, i highly recommend Dr. Tran though.
