I don't usually put stock in the Google Reviews I read but I chose Absolute Title after the reviews regarding Sunshine. I thought what's the worse thing that can happen and I wanted to support the lesser known business in our community. I can say 100% those reviews I read were spot on! If you like buyers and sellers forced to close in separate rooms and title company refusing to wire disbursements then this is the title company for you. The facilities were nice.
