Buyer beware. If he cheats you or lies about the need for expensive ventilation systems, contact the Department of Agriculture and fill out a consumer complaint so they can follow up and document how often he does this. I've been able to easily find other instances. Did not provide WIR prior to closing as promised. Eric said the mobile home had to have foundation vents in the vinyl skirting, and he would install 12 vents for $900. He told me I could buy his vents and I would be able to get the closing done. Several issues with them giving one WIR showing all clear and no previous infestations then coming back on same property a few months later and saying there is an infestation and problem that will take thousands to resolve. Only want you to use their vents that are extremely overpriced. Get them on the phone about the issue and they are sure to point out that you need this to get a loan closed. Just wow….
