After feeling disappointed that Stingray gave me a pretty high quote on a hip to hip tattoo, I went months feeling bummed that I couldn't get my tat. After talking to my aesthetician she recommended Joe. I came in with some pictures and an idea of what I wanted and he quoted me almost 1/2 the price of what I was given at the other place. In the end, I was beyond happy with my results that I'm looking forward to my second tat with Joe.
