This company terminated me back in March 2023 with no prior write *** nor disciplinary actions. Due to the termination I lost my home. I moved into a unit with this same company in *****, **. in which today I was contacted because my unit was in my boyfriends name and since Im his girlfriend and banned from storing there I was moved out of the system and told to move my things because Im an ex employee. Charging for service not provided!!! I pay for GATED, climate cotrol storage and the gate has been non-functioning for MONTHS. It takes days to get a response and then you are simply redirected to someone else.
I had a pipe burst over my storage unit TWICE while renting from Absolute Management / ****** Storage. They are slow to react; water poured into my unit for two days AFTER they knew about it! They offered no assistance ************* compensation for lost items. No one was even onsite to assist! Terrible, asleep-at-the-wheel management. Your items WILL NOT BE SECURE at an Absolute Management site. BEWARE.
