I recently utilized Absolute Storage's facilities for my storage needs, and I couldn't be happier. The staff, especially the owner, Sherry Eanes, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn't be more grateful to them. When the person I hired to transport my RV left it at their front door without permission, they could have had it towed, but they didn't. This is the worst place. I do not recommend it. Unprofessional and unkind, very trashy treatment with customers. Even in critical situations they take advantage of the situation. Disgusting and gross $383 per few hours. Unbelievable.
This is an unmanned location. There is nobody in the office. You will not be able to get a unit without them traveling from their south office for access, despite reserving online. Major waste of time. Unprofessional. Would give zero stars if possible.
