Absolute Stone design has the best slabs in town, great installers, and friendly helpful staff! Their work is second to none, their tile quality is also expectational. Any issues they quickly correct. I work with several tile and countertop contractors as a local builder, when it came to my house there was no question who I would use. Absolute Stone Design is the absolute best quality material around, I'd recommend them to friends, family, anyone!
I recently had Absolute Stone Design install LVT flooring in all of the rooms in my upstairs. The quick turn around for a quote, communication and the top notch quality of the install were attributes that you just don't see this day in time with companies. I too was ghosted by Absolute Stone. I went in and selected a piece - it has my name on it! But it was incredibly difficult to get anyone to follow through on the estimate, the templating, next steps. They are incapable of calling someone back. Working with them was a waste of my time.
