Horrible experience and incompetent sales person, Elizabeth. After getting a "installed" quote over the phone my wife and I drove 40 mins after taking off work only to be told that there was a min (asked and told no, by the sq ft was available for this product on the phone) and the price doubled. Can you say bait and switch, I think it was just incompetence. I asked why she quoted me a different price and what changed, smugly she responded with "well there is no written quote on file".
