First, I give them 1 star because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. You only ever get the voice mail, but no one ever calls you back. If someone does it is several days later. Secondly, they use cheap equipment. Had them install a device that would allow me to open the garage door from the app. It worked for a few days then stopped. Of course I called about it.
