Years of great product customer service. Really appreciate your superb consistency.
I ordered an item for two months, but it was never shipped. Each time I called them, they answer very polite and came up with reason (shipping person was sick). You should ask them for the tracking number if they really have one to ship. I finally asked them to cancel it. I am going to report them to BBB.
Best place to order from. They've been Amazing!! Been ordering from them a long time and am never going elsewhere. Need a good vendor look no further I promise!

I made a comment on fb about their product being awful and very poor quality. They erased my message and blocked me from messaging them. I reported them for false advertising. Their customer service is awful. If you do not like their product, they make you feel wrong and make you look like the dummy. I imagine they have ripped a lot of people off. The product is so poor it is like they ground up the branches in it as well! Nothing good about this product. I will be contacting the BBB next. This has to stop!
