I purchased a used Gravely ZTXD from an outside party. The unit required scheduled service and few minor repairs. I met Nick, who handles the parts department. He is professional and obtained all the parts and materials quickly and they were delivered when he said they arrive. They definitely earned a repeat customer!

I gave the parts department my serial number to order a carburetor kit.. I asked him if screws for the carburetor would be in the kit and he said yes, they would. When I went to pick the kit up, the screws were not in the carburetor kit. Then, he told me he could not order the screws for that. We were very informed on all the lawn services they were selling. John was excellent at sales. He gave us all the different options they had available. He searched for the best prices too! We have had our 5 hour service and it was very convenient in getting our ex-mark in. It’s a great mower. I would highly recommend going to Mac Equipment in Lewisburg,TN
