I have had 4 other ac companies at my home in odessa tx I want to give a big shout out to NATHAN AMADOR with absolute refrigeration out of lubbock TX. He was so helpful and answered every question this old lady had for him ....one of the best salesman I have seen in years I am so glad I called and received him as my technician.... Thank you

Got me back up and running I’m satisfied with there work but I will say after a few phone calls I made I found out they where 5,000 dollars more than anyone in town with the exact same warranty as everyone els. I do wish I would have shopped around my total with them was almost $15,000 dollars for a 4 ton unit that I could have got for $9500 if I would have shopped around. I highly recommend you shop around before you sign up with absolute air-conditioning

Scheduled a consult over the website, the company responded by calling the following day and we set an appointment for the Tuesday at 11:30am. Waited several hours with no call or message from them and no one ever showed up. Received a second call a day later and explained that I had spoke to someone and that no one showed up, I was then told they would have someone show up at my house between the hours of 1-5pm.
