After minor communication issues, Joe evaluated my exsisting HVAC set up to determine what was needed in order to replace my whole system. He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and apologized for the communication issues. The very next morning, the installation team (Juan and Juan) arrived to replace my old and worn-out system.
