1/5 -- We needed a second opinion, not a sales presentation A technician from Absolute came to our home through American Home Shield after we requested a second opinion on our AC claim. He was fully aware that this was a home-warranty service call and that we were seeking an independent second opinion after AHS denied our claim. If I could give zero stars I would!!! We have been without air conditioning for 5 days!!! These people installed a trane in 21….they did not register the unit so no warranty!!!! No phone calls back after daily calls from us!! A tech did tell my husband that the blower was out and that is 2400$ not under warranty!! I have Bruce Thornton company here after 1 call…it’s not the blower it’s the board!! Do not dobuissness with Absolute!!!! This company is a total fail!!!! Absolute did a great job putting in the new unit and have been amazing doing any repairs that were needed. Joe was here 8/3/2026 and had the unit working in less than 15 minutes. Thank you.
