I used this company for many years in my commercial buisiness as well as my residence. They were barely ok. The sales department and service department was very poor at responding. Then I cancelled the contract and went without an alarm system until I brought in another company and they started sending me threatening letters that they will "notify the fire official..." I have responded to the 4 threatening letters I received and they just ignore my responses. Go somewhere else!
