Amazing experience! Doug is clearly a very experienced inspector, has great attention to detail. For stuff that's done well - explains things to watch-out-for in future, and most importantly for the issues found - explains to a great detail - so that we can follow up very well!
Douglas showed up early, completed a thorough inspection we were happy with, and heartily withstood all my silly first-home-owner questions, including teaching us some things that didn't really have to do with the inspection, but more with maintaining the house over the years to come. Very helpful!
Douglas performed the inspection on the house I was purchasing. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help me fully understand every detail about the house and ways I can maintain the house in order to save costly expenses in the future.
