Douglas showed up early, completed a thorough inspection we were happy with, and heartily withstood all my silly first-home-owner questions, including teaching us some things that didn't really have to do with the inspection, but more with maintaining the house over the years to come. Very helpful!

He was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help me fully understand every detail about the house and ways I can maintain the house in order to save costly expenses in the future.
