Pain and vanity led me to Dr.Gefter. Not only did I find a doctor with outstanding expertise; I found a doctor who truly cares about her patients. With every visit, she always makes me feel like I’m her only patient. Not only does she do preventative procedures to keep me free of pain, she also does nail restoration / Keryfkex.. we met you here last year due to my father's foot problem. The appointment was based on the fact that you said everythings would be covered by insurance. But unfortunately, I received a due balance sheet from you yesterday.If the insurance does not cover it, then why did you take all the information from us before the appointment and say that the insurance will cover it everything ? I would have made an appointment with another doctor. Now you sent me a bill. Who will pay for these?
Dr. Gefter took care of me right away without insurance. She really goes out of her way to help and follows up. Thank you
