I am 65 years old and this is the best company I have ever used. Highly recommend!
Don't waste your time with this plumbing company. They will find some liability purpose to not help you. In my case, the individual that came to my house would not wait around for me to find the cleanout behind drywall (which I found 2 minutes after he left). Additionally, they refused to pull a toilet stating they can't for liability purposes...which if your a plumbing company this is your job. I will never recommend this company as a real-estate professional and home owner. They still charged me too!! Beware!
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company. People are rude they don’t care about the client all they care about is upcharging you! I wish I could give them zero stars highly dissatisfied. They basically charged me $75 to come tell me something I already knew and didn’t fix the problem!
Business response:
we went out on an emergency call for a warranty company. The toilet we looked at was 5 months old and had been cracked. We called the warranty to get approval. The warranty denied the claim. It is not considered normal wear and tear for a five month old toilet to break. We serviced this customer same day as well as this person was not home. It is the warranty who charged the customer 75.00 per his contract. We were honest with everyone. We also left a fair estimate for replacement.
Wonderful! The plumber came to my house, was polite, informative, and efficient. He was in and out of here in no time - with everything working great. Honest and efficient. Quick and Honest service! And a working toilet!
Very satisfied. Arrived on time. Very important to me. Very respectful of my home. Advice on future needed work. I had no idea what the water pipes involved with my home detailed. It was explained to me very clearly.
Excellent, can`t fault Absolute Plumbing Plus LLC on anything. The work was of very good standard and good value. The chap was very polite and well mannered, a rarity these days.I will be using them again for any future projects.
plumbing service Absolutely fabulous. The plumber was on time, knew what he was doing, and was very personable. I have a home warranty but felt Absolute Plumbing Plus LLC put it in and they should know what to do.
