On Monday 12/7 I had a broken water pipe connected to the water meter, and I called this company. It charges $99 service fee which is much higher than the regular fee (~$65). When the technician came and found out the pipe below the water meter is cracked and water throws out. He told me that he needs to replace the broken pipe and add two valves on the each side of water meter. The estimate he gives to me is $492.00. So with $99 service fee, the total cost is like $600.
