I had a great experience with Absolute. Was facing a significant (non-emergency) plumbing breakdown. Called before opening hours on a Monday and the call was answered by the most helpful individual. Two hours later I had a personable, knowledgeable plumber assessing my issue, and later that same week a team that worked all day to fix it. Charges were reasonable for the work completed. I would highly recommend Absolute. Great communications. Professional representatives. Quality work. Reasonable cost.
John is definitely a great plumber. I did some sewer work myself and broke my sewer line & made a terrible situation that I couldn’t repair my self. I called absolute pluming at 8am. & John said he had a busy day but he would make it over shortly after lunch. He looked at it & said “no problem “. He knew exactly what to do & had it fixed very quickly. My total bill was for a service charge and some parts & was very reasonable. John was an absolute workhorse, we had nothing but problems after problems with our well pump, John never complained once even though he had to continue to come back to our house several times in a week! Kept a smiling face an awesome positive attitude that he would get whatever was going on figured out, worked in the poring rain and heat.
