Eric is awesome and it’s unfortunate he doesn’t manage this whole business. Larry the owner harasses for payment immediately after service is provided sometimes even when all units have not been treated (ie not completed service). Very unprofessional. I always pay bills promptly, however, being a landlord and owner of other businesses I am not always available immediately to answer phone calls. Fast and good pricing for service.
always a pleasure to have these guys come out. they answer and return calls in a timely manner, they’re in and out in no time, their treatments are effective and they call a couple times throughout the year to check in how things are going and for preventative maintenance. they’re courteous, kind and really seem like genuinely nice people running an honest business.
