We needed 25 chairs last minute and they were able to accommodate us. They were out of the chairs I received pricing by phone for when we went to pick them up and they upgraded our chairs for the price of the cheaper chairs. We will definitely use them again going forward and recommend them to family and friends.
We will always use Absolute Party Rental. We've been using them for almost 20 years, for birthday parties, weddings, and even small events where we just need a few rentals. Always efficient, always pleasant.
Used Absolute Party Rental for my son's graduation party. I gave the service 2/5 stars as they were responsive with providing quotes. However, they gave a set-up time the day prior of the event between 2-6pm. I called to get an update at 5:50pm and was told that they were loading up 4 trucks and my delivery was with this batch. I then called the office at 7:30pm as no one had yet arrived! I then received a text at 8:21pm stating they were loading and will be there "asap." We recently used Mr. Moonbounce for our Annual Pumpkin Patch event at 1000 N. Gilmor Baltimore MD, and the experience was outstanding. The booking process was smooth, communication was clear, and the team did well with both delivery and pickup. The inflatable setup was clean, safe, and a huge hit with the kids.
