Review: The tech installed a spring over a commercial door completely satisfied however he did not adjust the garage door opener chain causing it to break, when called back out the same day another tech came and wanted to charge another service call and labor. After reviewing original bill, I was charged $860 for a scissor lift rental for one hour use, tech stated that they had to rent the lift because their equipment was down.
